Team Travel Fundraiser

Fundraising Rules

  • Families can purchase Mint Smoothies in group sizes of 50
  • Families will see a charge in Team Unify of $67.50 per group of 50 Mint Smoothies
  • Each Mint Smoothie will be sold for $2.50
  • Families will receive a $57.50 reduction on team travel per group of 50 Mint Smoothies sold
  • No Chocolates can be returned to the Club. 
  • Families who chose not return money for Mint Smoothies not sold will see an additional invoice for $57.50 for each group of 50.
  • The Team must purchase the Mint Smoothies in groups of 200 from Rheo Thompsons*

Qualifying Team Travel Events

  • Border City Invitational Windsor
  • Training Camp March Break
  • Markham Long Course Invitational

Key Dates

  • Orders must be received by October 13th  
  • Mint Smoothies will be available for pick up the week of October 22 at the Wilmot Pool
  • All Money must be returned to the club by December 6, 2019. 

*The club reserves the right to reduce the individual quantity requests per order to ensure all families can participate. Due to Rheo Thompson’s requirement of 200 unit orders, we may have to adjust orders to accommodate. For Example, Family A orders 150 mint smoothies and Family B wants 150 mint smoothies for a total of 300 mint smoothies required. Rheo Thompson require that we would order 400 mint smoothies. If no other family makes a request prior to the order submission date or the families requesting the order choose not to increase their order, each order will be reduced by 50 units allowing the club to purchase 200 mint smoothies.
