ATHLETE MEETING - ELECTION OF ATHLETE REPRESENTAtIVES: On Saturday at the end of the 10 and Under session there will be an athlete meeting.  This meeting is for all athletes from every team that is in attendance and we encourage you to have as many athletes at this meeting as possible.  The meeting is scheduled to be held in the stands and is estimated to start around _____ pm. 

ZONE TEAM MEETING: The Zone team meeting will be held on Sunday at the conclusion of the 10 and Under session.  It is estimated the meeting will start around _____ pm Sunday afternoon.
