Holiday Training Camp (RSVP due by 12/3)
Back by popular demand, it's our 11th annual Holiday Training Camp! Join us for a training camp for the Gold, JV, JV+, Prep, Varsity and Senior swimmers of BAY. Set goals, participate in team building activities, cook, play games, do crafts, hang with friends, sing carols and much, much more! We’ll be doing stroke review filming, as well as stroke work with coaches and collegiate swimmers. Check out the itineraries below! $75 includes team sweatshirt, all food and priceless memories with team mates. The campers will be supervised the ENTIRE time.
This camp is not mandatory. If your swimmer chooses not to participate in camp, but would still like to practice, they may join us for "regular" practice listed in the weekly newsletter.

What to bring: swimsuit (maybe 2 for the 2 nd workout), cap, goggles, towel (maybe 2 for the 2 nd workout), labeled water bottle, dryland clothes, regular clothes, warm jacket and/or parka, hat, running shoes and socks, anything else you may need for an adventure!
ALL CAMPERS: do NOT bring any valuables (i.e. iPods, jewelry, CDs, discmans, grandma's diamond necklace.) You MAY bring cellphones and we will collect and keep an eye on them for the duration of the camp. There will be an allotted time to call parents outside of emergencies.

- 8:00-11:00- Varsity/Senior practice (2 hrs) + dryland (1 hr)
- 8:00-10:00- JV/Prep practice (1 hr) + dryland (1 hr)
- 8:00-10:00- Gold dryland (1 hr) + swim (1 hr)
- 10:00-11:00- activity for G/JV/Prep only
- 11:15- team photo
- 11:30-12:00- lunch
- 12:00-1:30- movie or crafts
- 1:30-2:00- scavenger hunt
- 2:00-3:00- yoga or movie or crafts
- 3:00-4:00- activity
- 4:00-5:00- all team practice and awards
