2019 Candy Cane Relays hosted by a very special guest (to be announced at a later date)!
 

Monday, December 9th from 6-8 pm at Groves High School

Come ready to "relay" have some fun!
 

Candy Cane relays is a fun filled night of swim relay games, fun competition and charity fundraising.  Teams will be randomly selected and will be a mixture of all ages.  Each team will work together to complete fun relay events which will includes inflatibles, marshmallows and other silly props. It's a great night to get to know other swimmers, have  fun and raise money for the charity, Detroit Swims.

We will be collecting donations for Detroit Swims.

In the city of Detroit, 70% of children cannot swim and are almost 3 times more likely to drown.  The YMCA’s Detroit Swims program eliminates barriers to learning to swim and can teach a child in 8 lessons.  $100 will give one child 8 lessons, a swimsuit, swim cap and googles, and a lifetime of confidence and safety in the water.
 

*  Donations of gas cards are welcome to cover the cost of gas for their bus-
Also new goggles, swim caps, and swim suits of any size for male or female will be accepted.

RSVPs for Candy Cane relays are required by December 5th!
