Description
TriHealth has reached out to the Blue Ash Y and will be offering a clinic/talk on nutrition for all of our swimmers and parents.
Tentatively, Dr. Gorman will be coming to speak from 6:00-7:00pm and there will be a lot of educational information and a chance to ask questions about nutrition.
More details to come later. Please RSVP yes or no as soon as you can so that we can get a rough estimate of numbers for planning space and other details.
