To enter the meet you need to have NO BALANCE with the County / BOCC for MONTHLY Swim Team MEMBERSHIP FEE and NO BALANCE with JDPO for MEET FEES!

Date and Time:   Friday, January 24nd, Saturday, January 25rd, and Sunday, January 26th, 2019
 
Friday evening session will start at 5:00 PM Morning sessions begin at 8:30 AM. Afternoon sessions will not begin before 11:00 AM. 1000 Free and 1650 Free will start after a 10 minute break.
 
Warm up:         One hour prior to start of Friday evening and Morning sessions;                                   Guarantee of 45 minutes prior to start of the 13 & Older afternoon sessions.
 
Location:        Sailfish Splash Waterpark - 931 SE Ruhnke St, Stuart, FL 34994

Pool Specs:    One or two pools, six, eight or ten lanes, 25-yard, outdoor heated/chilled pool, nonturbulent lane lines. Water depth at the competition-starting end is a minimum of 7 feet and the turn end is a minimum of 7 feet.  Separate six-lane 25-yard heated/chilled pool available for warm up and warm down.

Eligibility: Open to all USA Swimming registered swimmers. Limited to first 500 swimmers. Registered swimmers and teams from foreign countries are welcome.  On deck registration will be allowed.  The current 2020 USA-S form and fee must be presented to the Referee.
 
Seeding: 25-yard times will be used for seeding purposes. Conversions may be made using the formula in the current Florida Swimming Handbook or by the standard computer software used to prepare your entry.    All events will be seeded fastest to slowest. The 1000 Free and 1650 Free will alternate a heat of girls and then a heat of boys until all heats are completed.
 
 Events and heats may be combined at the discretion of the meet referee to run an efficient meet.
 
Distance Events: Positive check in for the 1000 Free and 1650 Free events. Positive check in for the 1000 Free and 1650 Free will be by the beginning of the 13&Older session start times.
 
The minimum age for the 1000 Free is 11 years old.  The minimum age for the 1650 Free is 13 years old. Any 12 & Under swimmers will be scored in the open category.
 
Scratches: No penalty for scratches on the block for any event.  
 
Entry Limit: Swimmers may enter six (6) individual events per day and unlimited relays.  
 
Entries for the 1000 Free are capped at the fastest 16 swimmers per gender. If fewer than 16 swimmers are entered in one gender, additional entries may be allowed for the other gender.    Entries for the 1650 Free are capped at the fastest 16 swimmers per gender. If fewer than 16 swimmers are entered in one gender, additional entries will be allowed for the other gender.
 
 In the event that swimmers have the same time for the 16th spot, we will attempt to allow the additional swimmers to swim by using 10 lanes in the pool.     Any seed times entered for a swimmer in the 1000 Free or 1650 Free will be verified in the USA Swimming database. Swimmers may be entered with no time.
1000 and 1650 Free swimmers will be responsible for providing at least one person to act as a timer for their lane.
 
Awards: -Team Awards: 1st - 3rd  Place  -High Point Awards: 1st – 3rd place Male and Female in each age group -Ribbons - 12 & Under only Individual Events: 1st- 8th Ribbons; Relays: 1st - 3rd Ribbons; Heat Winner ribbons
Scoring: Individual: 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1; Relays: 18-14-12-10-8-6-4-2

Entry Fees:        $10.00 per swimmer Facility Fee; $4.15 per individual event, $5.00 per relay.

Entry Deadline:   Entries must be received by TUESDAY, January 14th, 2020.

From FL Turnpike: Exit 133 Palm City/Stuart Straight (North - thru light) on Martin Downs Blvd for 4 miles. (Over Palm City bridge road changes name to Monterey Rd) Right (South) on to Willoughby Blvd.  Aquatics Center will be on the left.
 
From I-95: Exit 101 SR 76. North on SR76 (Kanner Hwy) - 3.5 miles Right (East) on to Indian St - 0.5 miles. Left (North) on to Willoughby BLVD - ½ mile. Aquatics Center will be on the right.
