2020 CROW CANYON SPRING TRAINING
Spring Training is a three week, 15 session program dedicated to building mechanical and technical skills and preparing for the regular season. The program is available to all current and prospective Sea Lions swimmers.
Three week training March 16-April 3 held five days per week. You may sign up for a 6 days ($110), 10 days ($160) or all 15 days ($210).
The practice schedule is as follows -
- 8 & Under = 3:45-4:30pm
- 9-11 = 4:30-5:15pm
- 12 & Up = 5:15-6pm
