ADMISSIONS:

Teams are allowed one complimentary coach/chaperone wristband for every six (6) competitors entered. Additional wristbands will not be given out for teams unless they have listed additional coaches on the 2020 TISCA Team Information Form and paid for them in advance at team check-in.

WEEKEND PASSES will be available to purchase ONLINE ONLY at a price of $23. The online sale will run January 15th through February 5th at

Spectator passes will be available for sale on site at Allan Jones Aquatic Center beginning Thursday, February 7 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and then again on Friday and Saturday morning beginning at 6:30 am. Finals only passes may be purchased each evening beginning at 4:30 pm. Spectator passes will be $12 per day or $6 per session when purchased on site.


CREDENTIALS:    

Coaches, athletes and officials are required to display credentials to gain access to the pool deck. Credentials will be provided at Team Check-In. Lost credentials for swimmer and /or coaches can be replaced by a coach for $24.00 (price of all session pass).


PARKING ON THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS:

Free parking will be located at the Kingston Pike Lot, 2309 Kingston Pike, gravel lot next to Tyson Park. Shuttle buses will run from the parking area to the facility. Do not park in paved lot close to building above the gravel lot.
*There are no meter spots on Volunteer Ave. or any parking available at University Commons/Publix.
If you choose not to park in the designated areas you are parking at your own risk and could be subjected to being towed, ticketed, or car booted.

Coaches: Teams will receive 1 parking pass to park in a closer designated area. At check in you will pick up 1 pass per registered head coach, and if you coach more than one team you still only get one pass.


FACILITY RULES:

USE OF AUDIO/VISUAL/DRONES:

Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, on deck, in the rest rooms or locker rooms. And operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open-ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.

DECK CHANGE RULE and CHANGING AREAS:

Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is prohibited.  Swimmers may change in the locker rooms located on the pool deck level.  Swimmers should not suit change in public restrooms on upstairs level.

THE ALLAN JONES RESPECTFULLY ASKS THAT:

  • No outside food or drink may be brought into the building.
  • No coolers be brought into the building. (concessions will be available for sale by UT personnel
  • Only swimmers, coaches, and meet personnel shall be on the pool deck at any time. Credentials must be shown for access to the pool deck.
  • No standing on the rail at any time and please no flash photography during the meet.
