YMCA at Pabst Farms Sectional 2020 (YMCA Only)

 

Deadline to register for this event: Thursday March 5th, 2020.

 

Date: Saturday March 14 - Sunday March 15

 

Location: YMCA at Pabst Farms 1750 E Valley Rd Oconomowoc, WI 53066 

 

Age is as of December 1st, 2019. 

 

Entry Limit: 5 entries per day plus relays

                                                 

Entry Fees: Individual: $6.00 Relay: $14.00 Athlete Surcharge: $2.00 

     Deck entries will be allowed subject to Meet Director Approval and only to fill empty lanes in an event. Deck entries must be accompanied by a cash/check payment of $10.00 per individual event and $20.00 per relay. 

                   

Admissions: $5.00 admission fee will be charged. Heat Sheets will be digitally distributed as well as posted on our website. No hard copy heat sheets will be available at the meet. 

                   

The hosting team requests that each team assist with timing. If each team could provide 1-3 timers per session we would greatly appreciate it. Any Parent who times for a full session will be refunded the $5.00 Admission fee. Let your head coach know if you wish to volunteer at the meet. 

 

Warm up schedule: Building will open at 7:00 am

AM Session warm up: 7:30 am

AM Session Meet Start: 9:10 am

PM Session Warm up: Immediately following AM session but not before 11:30 am 

 

Please plan accordingly so that your swimmer can be changed and on deck, ready to go 30 minute prior to their scheduled warm up time. 

                   

Concessions: A full array of concessions will be available. 

                   

Results: Event Results will be posted at the facility and be available on Meet Mobile. 

 

Conduct: Swimmers are prohibited from entering the hot tub. Overflow team seating will be available. 

                             

          Time trials will be held as needed at the conclusion of each session provided time allows for it at the facility and must be accompanied by a cash payment of $10.00 per individual event and $20.00 per relay.

                        

Sat AM: Submit by Conclusion of Event 20 (For all but the 100 IM)

Sat PM: Submit by Conclusion of Event 52

Sun AM: Submit by Conclusion of Event 78 (For all but the 100 frees)

Sun PM: Submit by Conclusion of Event 104

                        

Time Trial for events occurring after the deadline will still be accepted. We want to give our computer operators the opportunity to enter all swimmers in the time trials so we can start efficiently. Please submit names of swimmers who may be interested in a time trial with their birthdate (if they are not already entered into the meet) so they can be entered into the computer prior to time trials. This will make it easier for the computer operators to get the swimmers into the time trial events.
