Dryland Session 8
Coach Mark and Coach Aaron will be offering The Waterless Dry Land at Caldwell Park. Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at various times and specific age groups. Classes will be expanding over the next couple of weeks. This week classes will be 1 hour and 30 minutes per class.
The goal is to use strength and conditioning exercises to increase power, mobility, and flexibility. For swimmers, this means the ultimate goal is to become more explosive in the water, increase speed and stroke rate, and improve distance per stroke.
The classes will be limited
to 10 or less students and you must sign up online to participate,
Practice will be held on the West side of the Redding Aquatic Center

- Please be on time for drop off and pick up
- Only sign-up for only one session per day
