This is a Qualifying Meet.

The Montana Swimming executive board will determine possible host sites, dates, and format for this meet. Check back for updates. 

Entries must be made through the USA Swimming OME platform. An event file is provided only as a planning tool for coaches and teams. Entry deadline is February ____.

OUTREACH ATHLETES: Currently registered outreach athletes may enter SC State at a reduced fee of $10.00 total. Please use the meet entry fee summary/waiver form in the meet contract to complete outreach athlete entry fees. Teams must submit a list of outreach athletes to the meet registrar and admin referee when submitting fees. Outreach athlete memebrship will be verified by Montana Swimming.

Athletes Competing at MHSA State Swim Meet March 5-6, 2021: Plans have been made to observe the swims for compliance with USA-S swiming rules at the High School State swim meet in Missoula. Teams need to submit the names of the athletes along with the swimmer's USA-S ID number, high school team, and club team to _______ by February 18.

Late Entry Deadline: Late Entries may be accepted only for new qualifying swims performed after the February ____ Entry Deadline.  Late Entries submitted to the Meet Registrar shall be accepted if received no later than 10:00 pm MDT on February 22, 2020, and subsequently verified by the registrar. Qualifying entry times from the MHSA State Swim meet do not need to be submitted in OME but should be emailed to the meet registrar. Late Entries may not be used to improve the seed time of a previously submitted entry . No addition of swimmers, added events, relays or changes will be allowed after the late entry date.

Late entry fee $ 25.00 and double event fee ( now $6.00) and relay entry fee (now $16.00).

ATHLETE MEETING - ELECTION OF ATHLETE REPRESENTATIVES: On Saturday at the end of the 10 and Under session there will be an athlete meeting.  This meeting is for all athletes from every team that is in attendance and we encourage you to have as many athletes at this meeting as possible.  The meeting is scheduled to be held in the stands and is estimated to start around _____ pm. 

ZONE TEAM MEETING: The Zone team meeting will be held on Sunday at the conclusion of the 10 and Under session.  It is estimated the meeting will start around _____ pm Sunday afternoon.

MEET START TIME: Check the warm-up schedule for the meet start times, the 10& under session start times and the finals warm-up times. 

Finals warm-ups: Check the warm-up schedule for approximate times each day.

SENIOR RECOGNITION: Graduating high school and college swimmers will be recognized at the beginning of prelims on Saturday. Please e-mail a very brief statement for each swimmer, no longer than 1/8 page in length stating the swimmer’s name, high school, MT Swimming team,  brief college or career plans, and any future swimming plans, to ________

SENIIOR COLLEGE BOUND RECOGNITION: MT Swimming will recognize all graduating seniors on the website on the College Bound page (under the athlete tab). Please email Susan Huckeby the name of your senior swimmer, MT Swimming club name, high school, and where he/she/they plan to attend college or other plans after graduation.
