DETAILS:

Entrance – we will be using the gate on the north side of the pool for our entrance and exit

  • Similar to practice, we will have temperature checks and take names of individuals who enter the facility (swimmers & spectators as requested by health officials)
  • A temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted within the facility
  • Everyone will need to enter and exit from the gate on the north side of the pool

Spectators – are not allowed to set up camp inside the facility

  • Spectators are welcome to come inside to watch races and are encouraged to leave the facility when not watching races
  • Spectators should avoid the ends of the pool since these are higher traffic areas where social distancing is hard to maintain, please cheer from the side of the pool (not ends)

Clerk of the Course – this will be taking place behind the blocks on the north side of the pool

  • This will be different than in years past, due to the difficulty to social distance
  • Please listen and help your swimmer arrive prior to their race, but not too early
  • When swimmers arrive behind the blocks they should know their heat and lane assignments (and helpful to know who they swim after)

Scoreboard – we have a new digital scoreboard that will display times for all 8 lanes

Heat Sheets – they will be available via e-mail and facebook, no hard copies
