LOA are not eligible for the Dryland Program

Below are the times available for dryland.
Volunteer hours available for “Parent Observer” [PO] .
PO must be visible entire session on separate device in order to receive credit 

Reminder: Only swimmers who've submitted "LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM" will be able to participate.

Interested swimmers should get the Silver/Grey color, some of the strong swimmers may get the yellow, but that may be too much resistance even for them.

Below are some links to place that may have them for sale. Feel free to look elsewhere, and do not recommend using non-“Stretchcordz” brand as they may not use the same color/level of resistance.
