The purpose of the Time Trial Comparison is just measure of where your swimmers are in comparison to other league swimmers. It is not meant to be a scoring competition and times are not official for any standards & records, but simply a checkpoint.

Coaches can submit their swimmers’ top times from practice to the database for inclusion in this Comparison. There is no minimum or maximum limit on the number of instances a coach may time his/her swimmers during practice. Coaches can submit as many different events as they want for their swimmers.

Times may be recorded in Long Course Meters, Short Course Meters, and/or Short Course Yards. These swims may be performed from Push Start, Dive from Pool Deck, or Starting Blocks

A meet file has been set up with the following events:

  • ·  50 free

  • ·  100 free

  • ·  200 free

  • ·  400/500 free

When Coaches report Practice Time Trial Times to event file, Coaches will use the default of previous best times from actual meets, coaches will hand-enter the Practice Time Trial times that were obtained in practice.

  • Coaches will add swimmers, their events, and times

  • enlightenedFYI:The events are set up as mixed open age to make easy entry. Though Psych sheets aka the TIME TRIAL Results will be broken down by age group and gender.

smileyThe goal is to produce a psych sheet about once a week.

yesCoaches may use any means available to time their swimmers and should do so safely and following all health protocols & guidance for their area and facility. Electronic timing equipment is not necessary.
