Let's do some dryland! 

Please only choose one (1) session per week.

Dryland activities are a great compliment to swim workouts to increase

  • develop body awareness
  • improve balance and stability
  • increase power, speed and core strength
We’ll have fun working together on individual and group challenges. Dryland will meet on the upper grass area, and depending on the activities of the day, we’ll make use of the grass, concrete steps, clubhouse deck and the pipeline trail. Come dressed for the weather light rain won’t stop us; heavy rain cancels dryland.
  • yoga mat or larger sized towel
  • athletic shoes
  • athletic clothing 
  • water bottle
  • sunscreen & sunglasses  recommended
