Saturday Yoga- Free for all Marlins! Begining Sept 19th!
Lisa Sheppard will be leading Yoga for Swimmers in the Reid Centre gym, there will be three groups 45 minutes each. Bring your own yoga matt. Props (Block or Strap) can be brought if you wish. Come dressed for yoga. Lisa will make this fun but challenging. This is a great way to take advantage of our “Covid Schedules” and do something special to give us an edge. Even the skeptical boys will enjoy, and yoga is highly recommended for swimmers!
Group 1: 12:00-12:45 suggested for Performance group or 15 and
Group 2: 1:00-1:45 suggested for 12 and over swimmers
Group 3: 2:00-2:45 suggested for 12 and under swimmers
