MT Zones Age Group REGISTRATION

HOST: Inland Empire Swimming and Snake River Swimming

Pool: Westside Aquatic Center 50 LCM Indoor Pool, Lewisville Independent School District, Lewsiville, Texas. (updated 5-1-2021)

The pool is located approximateley 10 minutes north of the Dallas - Fort Worth Airport.

  • There will be an estimated cap of 500 athletes for this meet.
  • No spectators allowed during prelims. Limited spectators allowed during finals. 
  • There will an additional COVID surcharge for all athletes entered in the meet.

Qualifying Meet: YES

Time Standards: The time standards for the 2021 meet are the same as the 2020 meet. No changes.

Qualifying Time period: August 7, 2019 - July 28, 2021.

Tech suits are NOT ALLOWED for all swimmers ages 12 and under at this meet.


Spectator Information:

Spectator Admission & Seating Due to Covid-19 safety protocols, spectators will only be allowed at the Finals Sessions of this event, with the estimated maximum number being one spectator per athlete who has qualified for the Finals session that day (approximately 300 spectators).

Final details on spectator numbers will be distributed to each LSC no later than July 15, 2021. Admission & Ticket Sales Admission for Spectators at Finals Sessions will be charged for this event.

Tickets will be sold daily on-site prior to the Finals session each night. Final details on ticket sales will be distributed to each LSC no later than July 15, 2021.

Spectator Seating Ø Spectator Seating will be located in a designated section of the spectator area of the competition venue and is handicap accessible. The spectator area will be cleared following each Finals session, and ALL personal items must be removed.

This is a is a CLOSED-DECK meet. Only CREDENTIALED athletes, coaches, officials, and assigned meet volunteers will be permitted on the competition pool deck. There will be NO admission of spectators to the competition deck.

Parking at the Facility:  The lots in and around the WAC are available for parking. The lower level, closest to the pool, is reserved for meet officials and administration, as well as for any those with a physical disability.

Officials: The  Western Zone is the only Zone that will reimburse officials for working 80% of either (or both) of zone meets. Last year the Western Zone took two excellent programs, for each meet, and consolidated them into a single usable workable program - Officials Reimbursement Program for each Meet. Money is generated from each meet and distributed to any Western Zone certified official  based on the criteria of working 80% of the meet and participating in the mentoring program.
