Thanksgiving Weekend Workouts
We are excited to invite everyone to sign-up for some fun Thanksgiving weekend workouts! We will be holding three workouts per day on Friday, November 27th, and Saturday, November 28th. Here are some more details on how these workouts will function:
- The first workout will be an hour and a half, we will be swimming 100s, and is recommended for National, Senior 1-2, and Junior 1.
- The second workout will be 1 hour and 15 minutes, we will be swimming 75s, and is recommended for Junior 2-3, and White 1-2.
- The third workout will be 1 hour, we will be swimming 50s, and is recommended for White 3, Blue 1-2, and Developmental.
- All workouts will consist of swims on the 1:30 interval.
- Friday Start times - 8:40 AM, 10:20 AM, and 11:45 AM
- Saturday Start times - 7:10 AM, 8:50 AM, and 10:15 AM
- A maximum of 40 swimmers per workout (5 people per lane).
- Only sign up for one workout over the two days.
The suggested entry fee for the workout is a $10 monetary or equivalent food donation to Second Harvest Heartland, to be collected at the swim.
