Gold Virtual Dryland

Starts Tuesday 12/15

Cost: $30 for 3 weeks (9 sessions total between 12/15-12/30)

Registration Deadline: Tuesday 12/15 Prior to 1st Dryland Session at 6:00pm

Instructions: 

Login to the website and you will find the Senior Virtual Dryland on our  Meets & Events Tab.  

Click the Attend/Decline button at the top of the page.

Choose your eligible swimmer(s) and commit with a “Yes” declaration if you'd like to have your swimmer participate for this 3-week period of virtual dryland.

Tuesday, Dec. 15, we will send out the Zoom links to all that have registered.  The same zoom link will be used over the 3-week period.  Virtual Dryland will be held during the evenings from 6:00-6:45pm.  Schedule is below.  In 2021 we will have a new signup open for the next session unless we are able to get back in the pool!
