Description

LCN vs. Lakeview is a MAC cross-over dual meet. 

For all home swim meets, warm-up will begin at 3:30.

As a reminder, swimmers must have attended all practices in order to participate in this meet. If a swimmer missed a practice, she is still expected to attend the entire meet and participate in all warm-up and recovery activities. If a swimmer does not participate in all activities she will NOT be permitted to participate in the next meet.

Swimmers will be permitted to choose one individual event he would like to swim. Coach Mike will make the final decision as to who swims which event. Coach Mike's decisions are final.
