Presenior Group 1 & 2 Positive Check In

for Saturday Jan. 16th

SPY Parent/Guardian,

please mark Attend or Decline for participation for Saturday practice from 9:00-10:00am. 

Registration Deadline for Positive is Thursday before desgnated date.

Definitely, mark deline if you also know your swimmer will not plan to attend...that will be helpful info too.

This will assist coaches in organizing practice based on number of swimmers planning to attend. If coaches notice that we exceed maximum number of swimmers in which COVID-19 guidance and mandates cannot be followed, Coaches will notify positive check in swimmer's families of needed safety adjustments.
