Iowa (for IA, WI, and if able--IL); if IL cannot travel, an
additional site in IL will be discussed
Format: Plan A:
SCY Prelims, LCM Finals (if all sites can switch courses); Plan B:
SCY Only, P/F; Plan C: SCY Timed Finals
Qualifying
