Our Feb 26-27 VJO Intrasquad Meet is NOW OPEN for entiries online. The entry deadline for the meet is this Friday February 19th. All entries will be submited through our team website. Get signed up TODAY!
LOCATION: Cunningham Pool (801 Heartwood Ave,
Vallejo CA 94591)
TIME: FRIDAY -
Warm-ups 4:30-5:30pm
Meet will start at 5:30pm
SATURDAY - Warm-ups
7:30-8:15am (Senior, Pre-Senior, Junior & Mako
Groups)
8:30-9:00am
- (Leopard & Hammerhead Groups)
Meet will start at 9:00am
EVENTS: The 1,000 Free on Friday
night is only open to qualifying Senior, Pre-Senior and Junior
Group swimmers that meet the 15:00 time standard. Swimmer may
enter a max of 1 event on Friday night and
4 events on Saturday. Make sure to spread your
events out and not enter events that are back to
back. This will again be a very fast meet.
Hammerheads - Please talk to your coach
about what events to swim on Saturday. Your coach needs to approve
your events. Hammerheads are only to swim events they are ready for
and the coach has approved them to swim.
Leopard & Mako
Groups - Please enter a variety of events on Saturday
and make sure to spread your events out (do not swim back to back
events). Contact your coach if you want help on choosing your
events.
Juniors: All
Juniors will be swimming the 200 free on Saturday. Please make sure
to enter this event.
Seniors &
Pre-Seniors: All Seniors and Pre-Seniors will
be swimming the 1,000 Free on Friday night. Please swim a variety
of events on Saturday. Contact your coach if you want help on
choosing your events.
ENTRY FEE: $30 participation
flat fee per Athlete. All entry fees will be billed to
the athletes team account on file.
ENTRIES: Entries will be submitted via Team

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, February 19th 2021
EVENT SUMMARY:
*OPEN 1,000 Freestyle – All swimmers must meet a qualifying time of 15:00.00 and be in the Junior, Pre-Senior or Senior Group.
#Mixed 25 Corkscrew – The Mixed 25 yard Corkscrew is a fun event at the end of the meet in which swimmers will swim one stroke freestyle and then one stroke backstroke alternating strokes until they have completed 25 yards.
