COVID-19: We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for the swimmers, coaches, volunteers, spectators and other meet workers. You must follow all posted instructions while attending this event. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Neither USA Swimming, Inc. nor Kentucky Swimming , Inc., can prevent you (or your child(ren)) from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while participating in USA Swimming sanctioned events. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to participate in a USA Swimming sanctioned event, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 All swimmers, coaches, officials and meet workers will have their temperatures checked prior to entry into the facility. Any person with a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees will not be permitted to enter the facility. Permitting a swimmer to attend this meet constitutes a representation by that swimmer’s parent or guardian that the swimmer has not been tested positive for COVID-19 in the two weeks preceding the meet, that the swimmer has not been in close proximity to any person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the two weeks preceding the meet, and that the swimmer is not exhibiting any signs of illness

 

Friday: Session 1 Friday Distance

Saturday: Session 2 Saturday 13 & Over  Session 3 Saturday 1000 Free  Session 4 Saturday 12 & Under

Sunday: Session 5 Sunday Morning Mile Session 6 Sunday 13 & Over Session 7 Sunday 12 & Under

 

ENTRY FEES: Individual events: $6.00 per event Relay events: $12.00 per relay KYLSC Surcharge: $2.50 per swimmer Facility Surcharge: $17.50 per swimmer

 

ADMISSION COST: No Admission will be charged. There will be limited spectator access to the facility during the meet based on our COVID-19 protocols. The meet will be live streamed. The meet will be Live Streamed via CKA Live Stream on Facebook (@ckalivestream). We will stream each session as a different livestream.

 

OFFICIATING OPPORTUNITY: Central Kentucky Aquatics welcomes anyone who is a USA Certified Official to aide in officiating the meet. Any officials that wish to work needs to contact Joseph Phillips at [email protected] Due to COVID-19 requirments, we will limit deck officials during the meet.

 

TIMERS: Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will run only one timer per lane.. 500 Freestyle Swimmers will be required to provide their own counter. 1000 & 1650 Freestyle Swimmers will be required to provide their own counter & timer
