Format

Four day long camps

Day 1 yoga + mechanics + starts

Day 2 dryland + mechanics + turns

Day 3 yoga + mechanics + starts

Day 4 dryland + mechanics + turns

Each station is 30 minutes long, 15 minutes in between

July 6th-9th Breaststroke Week

July 12th-15th Backstroke Week

July 19th-22nd Fly week

July 26th-29TH IM week (one stroke each day)

Full week only. This limits exposure between athletes

Limit 30 campers per session (10:1 coach/athlete ratio)

Each camper will receive the following after the camp

Week summary (skills/mechanics/dryland)

Follow up report (what skills need to be worked on by the athlete moving forward)

Each camper should bring with them the following

Refillable plastic water bottle

Athletic shoes and clothes (dryland/yoga)

Cap goggles and 2 towels

Small snacks (healthy options only, granola bars, apples, bananas etc)
