- Qualifying window- November 1, 2018 through the entry deadline

- 2019 Winter Junior Nationals
- Bonus time standards - Futures
- After two weeks, if the meet has not reached the cap, swimmers with Futures cuts may enter the meet.
- Entry Cap - 250 M & 250 W
- Swimmers may swim 7 events total
