Season Transition Schedule
Modified Schedule due to school spring breaks and SC/LC transition.
We are at that point in the season where we start to transition from training for our Short Course meets to training for the spring/summer Long Course and summer league meet schedule. This ties in nicely with the spring breaks in the area and this year we have been graced with Spartanburg and Greenville school breaks overlapping for once!
Generally during this time of the year we scale back a little to give families some time to recoup from the long season as we have pretty much been going non-stop since May this year. We run a 3-Week Transition between competitive seasons.
Week 1 (3/29) "Wind-Down Week" where we focus on stroke technique and keep the kids loose during practice.
Week 2 (4/5) SPRING BREAK - all groups are off
Week 3 (4/12) "Ramp-Up Week" where we reset for the upcoming spring/summer training.
