Positive Check IN: The only events that will require positive check in are the 1000 free, 500 free, 400 IM, and the 1650.  See times in matrix above.

Scratches:  Forms will be available at the Clerk of Course to scratch athletes that will not be swimming in a particular preliminary session or the whole meet. Reporting these scratches will help the timeline and prevent a bunch of empty lanes.  Please bring the forms to the Clerk of Course by 8 AM each morning.

Heat Sheets/Meet Mobile:   Coaches Heat sheets for the Preliminary Sessions will be available at the clerk of course after morning scratches have been processed. Once available, they will also be available for free on Meet Mobile.

Finals: Three heats of each event will be swimming in finals.   If your swimmer will not be participating, please have them come to the clerk of course to scratch.  We want to make sure we have full heats during finals.

Time Trials: Once each preliminary event is seeded, time trials will be available in open lanes in the first couple of heats.  Swimmers with less than 3 events per day wishing to swim a time trial, should see the clerk of course.  Cost is $11. Time trial entries close approx. 30 minutes before the event swims. Time trials are subject to change and are on a first come first serve basis.

A few additional reminders:

MASKING:  As a reminder, please ensure that your athletes have their mask on ALL THE TIME when not in the pool.  Failure to follow directive may result in removal from the meet.

ATHLETES NOT FEELING WELL:  Please, please, please encourage your athletes to stay home if they are not feeling well.  Lets work together to keep our community safe and our athletes in the water.

GRANDSTANDS/POOL DECK: This meet is not very large.  There should be plenty of room for your team to spread out.  Feel free to utilize space in the stands in front of the dive tank or warm-up pool.
