Beat The Freeze Raffle
Greetings TTST Families,
As a nonprofit, TTST relies heavily on fundraising. As part of membership, every family is required to raise $150 per swimmer (max of $300 per family). We have received a record number of financial aid requests for the upcoming season and want to award as many scholarships as possible.
For the 2021-2022 swim season, we will be hosting several fundraising events to help you meet your fundraising obligation. The first opportunity is a raffle at our Beat the Freeze “home” swim meet September 24th - 26th. We are currently soliciting donations from local restaurants and businesses as raffle prizes. If you know of a business willing to make a donation, such as a gift card or gift basket, please reach out to them and ask for their help. Attached is a letter you can distribute to local businesses.
Raffle tickets are $10 each, so selling 15 raffle tickets fulfills a swimmer’s annual obligation! If you did not pick up your tickets at last week’s season kick-off, you can get them from Cyrus, or board member Sandy Pinkowski will be at the pool from 4:00 - 5:00 today and tomorrow 9/7, 9/8 to distribute them.
