[Swim Meet] 2021 WYW Wahoo Halloween under the Bubble (ALL SQUADS)
[This Meet is intended for all Squads]
WAIVER: All participants and spectators must sign the Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement found on the last page of this meet announcement. All participants will be expected to complete a waiver before entry to the Wilton Family YMCA from the main lobby entrance.
MEET FORMAT: The meet will be swum as Timed-Finals. Friday evening 13 and over 500 free and 400 IM will be swum fast to slow alternating girls/boys, with a limited amount of heats of each depending on session length. All other events will swim slow to fast girls then boys.
BEFORE ENTERING FACILITY or WHAT TO BRING: Swimmers must arrive in their suits and wear masks. They will enter through the main entrance at the YMCA after turned in their waivers if they have not done so prior. They will follow to 50 meter pool through the appropriate locker room and go to the deck.
FACILITY RULES: All swimmers, officials, meet managers must maintain social distancing, must wear a mask if not fully vaccinated. NO chairs are to be brought on deck. The bleachers will be used for swimmers.
SAFE SPORT POLICIES: At the time of writing, there will be no spectators on deck. The meet will be live-streamed via Wahoo Swim Team Facebook and info will be sent to families before the meet.
SESSION TIMES: Subject to Change

- Friday 13 over Warmup 3:30pm start 4:15pm
- Friday 12 & under 6:00pm- start 6:45pm
- Sat/Sun 13 over Warmup 6:30 am- start 7:45am
- Sat/Sun 12 & under Warmup 12:00pm Start 1:15 pm
ENTRY LIMITATIONS: 3 events per session for a total of 8 individual events and 2 relays for the meet
ADULT ATHLETES: All athletes who will be 18 years of age or older on any day of the meet must complete the mandatory Athlete Protection Training prior to competition. Failure to do so will result in the swimmer being scratched from the meet.
PARKING: There are adequate parking on-premises. Overflow parking needs to park at Wilton High School across the street from the YMCA.
