Team Photos/Pasta Party - Better Images
Hello all MCY Swim Families,
The Annual MCY Picture Night/Pasta Party is planned for Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Robinson Y - schedule below.
- The photo forms can be picked up at the Robinson Y in the top of the Black Free-Standing Family File Folder outside of the pool room under the bulletin board.
All swimmers are invited (Ages 6 - 18) even if you do not want to purchase photos and all should wear their team suit or black/dark suit. No need for caps or goggles in the team photo unless you want to do that.
If you have more than one swimmer and want them to be in the same photos together you will need just one form, if you would like them in two separate photos you will need two envelopes.
The schedule that evening for the Pasta Party will be as follows:
10 & Unders - Pasta Party for the these two groups will be from 5:15 - 6:00 pm in the Field House Rec Room.
*No In-the-pool Swim Practice at all on Tuesday night, Pasta Party and pictures only for the 10 and unders :)
**Individual Photos can be taken any time from 5:15 - 6:15 which is the time of the 10 and unders Team Photo right at 6:15 pm in the pool room.
11-12's - Swimming will start at their normal time beginning at 5:15 pm til the 11 - 12's Team Photo at 6:00 pm and then back in the water before the Pasta Party ~ we will be working on a Diving Clinic in the water with the 11 - 12's this night...so make sure to attend if possible.
**Special Note - young ladies/gentlemen who want to have their hair dry and looking great for their individual photo will take their individual photos before you get in the water.
**Pasta Party will be from
6:15 - 7:00 pm for this age group.
13 & Ups - Swimming will begin practices at their normal time of 7:15 pm.
*Individual Photos can be taken any time from 5:15 til the 13 and up Team Photo at 6:15 pm before DryLand practices 6:30 - 7:00 pm.
**They will swim from 7:15 and get out of the water by 8:15.
***13 & ups Pasta Party will be 8:15 til 9:00 pm.

**Food needs to be dropped off by 5:15 pm in the Feild House Rec Room - only exception is 13 & Ups, drop off is 6:45 pm...all dishes should be labeled with your age group and name, and please bring utensils for serving your dishes and make sure that they are also labeled.
