MAKO Holiday Invitational Dec 11-12
Please read the attached meet announcement completely so you are aware of the event, times, fees, etc... I expect the timelines to change slightly as the entries are finalized. The number of entries for this meet are limited per team.
Location - George Mason University. Parents other than volunteers will not be allowed in the building. All swimmers will be dropped off and picked up at the swimmer entrance.
Meet fees will be charged to the credit on file. Please make sure you have a credit card attached to your account or your swimmer will not be allowed to enter the meet. Meet fees are larger than usual this year due to additional costs associated with COVID restrictions so please pay attention to those fees.
The deadline for entries is tentatively November 15.
Meet Entries are limited by team for this meet. I am requiring the athletes the swim at least two events per session fro the 10&under and 11-12 sessions. For the 13& over session all swimmers must swim 3 events the sessions they enter. Please only register if your swimmer is going to be at the session and can participate in the entire session especially the 13&over age group.
Volunteers will be needed for all sessions. Plan to volunteer as a timer, marshall, or official in the session that your swimmer is attending. The volunteer signup link will be available soon.
If you are a certified official or an official in training from the past please let me know so I can link you up with the Meet Official coodinator. I'll send the officials training link for those interested in becoming an official.
