Welcome to the Glenbrook Aquatics Electronic
Registration platform for our upcoming 2022 SPRING Competitive
Team Diving session! We are pleased to offer electronic
payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both
new and returning members.
We look forward to having you join the Glenbrook
Aquatics and are excited for another great SPRING!

THESE GROUPS ARE BY INVITATION ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU HAVE NOT DIRECTLY BEEN ADVISED TO BY COACH TONY. please email [email protected] with any questions.
**DAYS/TIMES below are subject to change a few times
during the session, but will mostly be the days/times listed below.
Please see the Spring calendar on the website for more
specific variable days/times as well as days with no
practices

divers must be current with AAU & USA Diving before they will
be allowed to practice

8th Grade & Under TEAM Divers
JCT - Junior Competitive Team 1
& 2
This group is designed for 8th Grade and younger divers with
previous diving experience. Divers in this group must have or
almost have JO requirements on 1m and working towards JO
requirements on 3m. This group will practice both 1m and
3m springboards. Divers will participate in gymnastics
dryland, pool and diving dryland practices. Local meets are
strongly encouraged for this group. Regional and National
meets will be available for those that meet the requirements this
spring/summer. JCT 1 & 2 are the same group just
different weekday practice. Practice days and times may be
inconsistent. See calendar for details.
These groups are by invitation only. Previous
experience in Pink, Purple or Indigo groups. Email coach Tony
with questions regarding these groups.
JCT 1 - Mondays 5:15-7:45pm at GBN, Saturdays
5:30-6:30pm at GBN, Sundays 9:45-11:15am at GBN

JNT - Junior National
Team
This group is designed for 8th Grade and younger divers with a
lot of previous diving experience. This group is by
qualification only. Divers in this group
must meet JO requirements for age group on BOTH 1m and 3m
springboards. This group will practice both 1m and 3m
springboards. Divers will participate in gymnastics
dryland, pool and diving dryland practices. This group is
focused on qualifying and competing at the National Championships
and should practice at least 4 days per week. Previous
experience in White, Pink or Purple groups.
Practice days and times may be inconsistent. See calendar for
details.

HIGH SCHOOL TEAM
DIVERS

This group is designed for high school divers who are looking to
explore the college track and compete on the regional and national
level. This group is for more advanced divers and requires
practice on 1m and 3m springboards. Divers in this
group must meet JO and DD requirements for age group on 1m and
working towards JO requirements on 3m. Divers will
participate in gymnastics dryland, pool and diving dryland
practices. This group is focused on qualifying and competing
at the National Championships and should practice at
least 4 days per week. Previous experience in Blue
group.
Practice days and times may be inconsistent. See calendar for
details.
SCT 1 - Mondays 6:00-9:00pm at GBN, Saturdays
4:00-5:30pm at GBN, Sundays 2:15-4:45pm at GBN
