Description

Responsibilites include: Planning, managing and attending two age group specific social events.  Events, date and budget must be sent to Social Directors for prior approval before any deposits, reservations, etc are made.  One event should take place at MCC such as donuts or popsicles after practice (Construction permitting) and one event MUST take place at an outside location.  Ideas include Q-zar, Miniature Golf, Rock climbing gym, trampoline park, etc.  There is a small budget but most events will include a swimmer fee as well.  Additionally, age group social leads will help manage team snacks and drinks at OMPA (more to come on that).

Requirements: Both Social leads MUST attend the social events in their entirety.  No exceptions, as you are the chaparones for your group of swimmers!

Exemptions: Social leads are exempt from social job duties, but must still sign up for 4 meets.

Event #1: Week of June 13- June 17th

Event #2: Week of July 11- July 15th
