8:30-9:30am - Hammerheads, Leopard and Mako Groups (Coach Daniel,

WHY ATTEND LC PRACTICE?
This long course practice will help our swimmers better
prepare for their first long course meet of the season. Our
first long course meet will be the AC Swim Club Meet
(Previously Westside Aquaducks) on April 22-24. This is a
great opportunity to get used to long course swimming.
For long course swimming we will switch the lane lines around the
other direction in our pool and swim the long way (50
meters). This means 50 meters is only one length of the pool
… counting lengths is a little easier long course.
