Hello Stingray Families!

Couple of reminders for Saturday's meet against Mount Horeb!

We still have 5 volunteer spaces left to fill:  4 Timers for 2nd Shift and 1 spot at the scorer's table! We can't run a meet smoothly and quickly with open volunteer positions. Thank you in advance for your support and volunteer time!!

We have been asked to NOT set up tents before 5pm the day before any home meet because the Village would like to have time to cut the grass if needed and they can't with tents in their way. That being said, moving forward, NO tents set up before 5pm the day before a home meet! Please and thank you!
 

For the following Volunteer positions, the start and end times in the system are ESTIMATES only. Below is your ACTUAL start or end time:

First Shift ENDS at the end of Event #38, Boys 15-18 100 IM.

Second Shift STARTS at the beginning of Event #39, Girls 8&U 25M Breaststroke, but please be on the deck and standing by at the announcer's table at Event #38, ready to start promptly for Event #39.
