Silver time required, long course or short course. Time Standards
Friday afternoon session – Warm-ups at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM meet starts at 2:30 PM. (11 & Older)
Saturday and Sunday Morning sessions: Warm-ups start at 6:05 AM to 7:05 AM, meet starts at 7:30 AM. (12 & Under)
Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions warm-up around 11:30-noon. (13 & Older)
