Location: Nelson Rec Center - 1601 N. 5th Street, Springfield, IL 62702

Details: This is an OUTDOOR meet! Bring tents to hang out in!

Swimmers are limited to four individual events per day. The 12&U 200 Free, 12&U 200 IM, 11-12 400 Free, Open 400 Free, Open 400 IM and Open 1500 Free may be limited after entries are received. The Open 200 back, 200 breast, 200 fly, 9-10 and 11-12 100 back, 100 fly and 100 breast events may be limited to ensure timeline.

Event Fees: $6/event plus $2/swimmer IL swimming fee and a $18/swimmer facilities surcharge
Meet will be billed upon acceptance of our meet entry by the meet host.

Timers: We may be asked to provide timers.

Warm-up & Start Times: Times listed below are approximate times and will be finalized by the meet host prior to the start of the meet. The PM sessions will start warm-ups 10 minutes after the end of the previous session. 

CHANGE: The 11-12 events have been moved to the PM Sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

The Nelson Center Pool is an 8 lane 50-meter pool (they use 7 lanes for competition and leave one lane open for warmups/warm downs) surrounded by the gorgeous 88-acre Lincoln Park.  The city of Springfield offers families many tourism opportunities  as it is the home  of  Abraham Lincoln  and is the Illinois state capital.
