Description
Welcome to the Douglas Dolfins Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our 2022 Power Hour! This is a special program for older athletes in excellent condition and focuses on explosive force training. A Seasonal USA Swimming Registration (1 Apr-31Aug 2022 =$45) is required for every swimmer in the water for insurance reasons. The total cost is $120. If you are already a USAS registered athlete you will not need the seasonal registration.
