Dear Swim Team Families!


The Wellington Wahoos Swim Team is excited to invite you to celebrate the  achievements of the team and its members at the annual team banquet on May 31st, 2022! 


The banquet is a day to reflect on the goals and achievements of our team and our swimmers over the past year! The annual banquet is a great way for our team to enjoy time together away from the pool-deck, while indulging on good food and a few special treats along the way! 


Where: The event will be held on May 31st, 2022 at the Wellington Community Center (the building in front of the pool).

Time: 4:00pm-8:00pm

*The doors will open promptly at 4pm and early seating will not be accommodated. 


Cost: Swimmers attend for free courtesy of the Wahoo Booster Club! 

          All other family members, siblings and parents: $25 per person.


Menu: Italian cuisine and desserts 


Suggested attire: Semi-Formal

Please RSVP on the Team Unify Events Page and include how many swimmers and family members will attend in the “comments” section. 


Three different options to pay and reserve your tickets to the banquet 

($25 per family member, swimmers are free):


1. Venmo Jennifer Metz by 5/20: @Jennifer-Metz-125 

Please include your swimmer’s name(s) and how many family members will attend in the comments. *Please do not select “Business” when using Venmo.


2. Please make-out a check (or cash) to the “Wahoo Booster Club” with the corresponding amount for each family member attending the banquet. 

Enclose the check (or cash) along with a note, listing the name of your swimmer(s) and how many family members attending in an envelope. 

Place the envelope in the black safe in Rich’s office, on top of the desk by 5/20. 


3. Jennifer Metz will be on the pool deck, May 19th from 4:45pm-6:30 to collect funds for RSVPs. 


**Tickets will be distributed prior to the event.
