This is an outdoor 50
meter pool. There is space for tents and chairs. There
are no bleachers.
Parking:
Parking is available at
the adjacent Elementary School. Parking at the YMCA will be
reserved for officials and coaches and meet
personnel.
Eligibility:
This is a USAS sanctioned
event. All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming. This
meet does NOT count toward YMCA minimum participation for
championship meets at the end of the season.
Recommended for Gold and Platinum swimmers and
Silver swimmers with two (2) or more USRY qualifying time standards
and not attending the YBAC meet. Any other exceptions will
need Coach Bob's approval.

check in and last minute instructions.

posted below. Coaches will make all event selection decisions
but encourage swimmers to discuss their preferences with their
coach.
Entry
Limit:
2 individual events on
Friday
Up to 3 individual events
each on Saturday and Sunday
Total meet maximum of
eight (8) events, including any time trials.
Cost:
Attending one (1) day =
$55
Attending two (2) days =
$70
Attending three (3) days =
$75
* The above tiered fees
include all individual and relay entry fees, facility fee, NCS
travel fund surcharge and TYDE admin fee.

Note:
When you sign up for this
meet online, you authorize the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina to
charge the account on file with TYDE for the total amount due per
the entry fee amounts listed in the information above. If you
wish to use an alternate method of payment for these entry fees,
you must email [email protected] prior to the meet
registration deadline.
You also
acknowledge that payment is non-refundable regardless of illness,
injury or any reason that may not allow you to participate in this
meet. Swimmers who sign up but then fail to attend the meet
for any reason will be charged for their entry
fees.

Electronic/Digital Heat
Sheets: Digital heat sheets will be provided at no cost to
swimmers/families. The heat sheet will be posted on the
website: www.swimrays.com
Directions:
Suggested by host team
From I-77 take exit 82C
Hwy 161 towards York. Hwy 161 (Celanese Rd) will be 6 lanes at this
point. Continue straight until it becomes 4 lanes. Turn right onto
Hwy 274. The Clover Valley School District Community YMCA
will be approximately 8.5 miles on the
left.
There are other ways to go
but be aware that if you go 273 over the bridge traffic is really
slow, especially on Friday night.
