Description
2022 ESCA June LC Open Meet
FBISD Policy: There is absolutely NO FOOD allowed on the pool deck. Violators of this rule will be asked to take their food outside and will be asked to leave the facility if they are asked a second time. FBISD will impose a $50 fine to the violating team if this occurs.

On-Deck Entries: Late entries will be accepted each day up to 45 minutes before the start of each session. Entries will be taken as long as facility limits are not exceeded.
Location: Fort Bend ISD Practice Aquatic Facility 16701 Bissonnet Street, Houston, Texas 77083
Directions: From Hwy 6, take Bissonnet to the West. Facility is on the left at Clodine Road Intersection. From Westpark Tollway, take Clodine Road South. Follow Clodine Road to the left at the Orchid Ln/Clodine intersection. Turn left on to Bissonnet. Facility is on the
Groups: All swimmers 13&O
Meet Format: This is six-session, timed-finals meet Friday AM & PM, Saturday AM & PM and Sunday AM & PM. If entry numbers exceed maximum capacity; we reserve the right to adjust session age groups and/or add a third session each day.
Entries & Eligibility:
- The entire meet will be deck-seeded. Coaches, please inform your swimmers of preseeded and deck seeded rules. All events will be seeded with heats in the order of fastest to slowest. As a courtesy to the host, coaches should inform the clerk of course of swimmers not attending the meet.
- Positive check-in is required for ALL Swimmers and All events. The Circle In Sheets will be taped on Office windows. Please Circle the Number only of all events Swimmer intends to swim. One line through number and name indicates the swimmer is scratching that race. If a Swimmer is not Circled In 45 minutes before the start of a session the swimmer will not be seeded into meet and scratched. PLEASE for any reason you will not make Circle In contact your Coach.

Swimmers may compete in four (4) per day; 800 & 1500 Free
does apply to this rule.
- 400 FR, 400 IM, 800 FR and 1500 FR need to provide their own timers and lap counters for the 800 FR and 1500 FR.
Fees: Individual Event Entry Fees (per event): $10.00 Facility Surcharge: $10.00. Free Heat Sheet on Meet Mobile.
Katy Meet Surcharges for 2021-2022: $5 for those within 45 miles of Katy, and $10 for those beyond 45 miles of Katy. Additional surcharges may apply for meets that require the coach’s air travel. These will be defined and assessed on a meet-by-meet basis
