Meet: WVOSC/CDSC Dual Meet

Hello OSA families,

We are excited to announce the inaugural WVOSC/CDSC Dual Meet! This competition will be two teams only: West Vancouver Otters Swim Club and Canadian Dolphins Swim Club. We will be hosting the competition at OUR HOME POOL! This is the first time we have ever hosted another team at our facility and we are very excited.

To add to the excitement, we have invited the Burgerholic food truck to come to join in our festivities. There will not be a fee for the meet for the Otters swimmers, but the fee charged will actually go towards their meal after they swim.  Each swimmer will receive a ticket to purchase up to $20 for a meal right outside the front entrance on Marine Drive.  Any surplus charges will need to be paid for by the child’s parent.  There is a large selection of food with Vegan and Gluten-free options as well.  The food truck will be serving the swimmers with a stamp (to be done when the child leaves the pool) until 2:30 pm, then the public can purchase food up until 3:30 pm.  Volunteers that are wearing the red or white Otters t-shirts will also be served but will be required to pay with cash, debit or credit.

The meet package for the competition will be posted once it becomes available. Please sign up early to ensure that your swimmer has a spot in the competition. We will have a volunteer sign-up sheet available soon.
