Conference Volunteers - WE NEED YOU!!!

As you know it takes a village of volunteers to make a swim meet run smoothly! 

EVERY team in the Conference has been requested to supply volunteers for the Conference Meet. These are extremely important and need to be filled in order for this meet to be a success.

Below are what EACH team is required to fulfill:

• 16 Volunteers for Timing (4 per Session - Saturday 7/30 AM and PM Sessions, Sunday 7/31 AM and PM Sessions)
• 4 Volunteers for Clerk of Course (1 per Session - Saturday 7/30 AM and PM Sessions, Sunday 7/31 AM and PM Sessions)
• 4 Officials (1 per Session - Saturday 7/30 AM and PM Sessions, Sunday 7/31 AM and PM Sessions)

Please sign up for one of these Volunteer positions if you know your swimmer WILL BE swimming in the Conference Meet. If you have qusetions, please reach out to their Age Group Coach.

Each team has been requested to have their Volunteer list sent back to the event coordinatiors by Wednesday, June 29th.
