12th Annual Cake Bake and Pep Rally!!!!  -Thursday, June 23rd!!

Chopped Style

Calling all Bakers!!!  Mom's and Dad's - we need a little help this year to make this a success.  We are looking for bakers to pre-bake and ice a cake for each age group.
So that there is uniformity for the age groups - Cakes need to be 1/2 sheet pan size.  12x18x2
You can pick the cake flavor, vanilla, chocolate, red velvet.  We just ask that it frosted with White icing.
This year, our cake bake is going to be done "chopped style"
 

Each Age Group Will:
Be given a secret basket of decorating items (all the same)
Groups will have 15 minutes to decide how they will use the items to decorate their cake
(we will supply some markers and a poster they can use to help plan it out)
Groups will have 15 minutes to decorate  
Then the Judging will begin.....
Whose  Age Group Cake will be Chopped?? And who takes home the coveted winner of all??????

Pep Rally Location: Murray Park Pavillion on Parish Street (behind hyland hills pool)

Parents - Volunteers Needed -

Cake Bakers - if you are able to bake a cake, please use the job sign up link!  Cake must be brought to the pep rally Thursdady night!  Boys/Girls are separated, so you will only host one or the other.

Judges  - Can you judge the cakes?   Or know someone willing to take this job on?  We need 3 judges to help determine the ultimate winner of this year Cake Bake!

8 & Under and 9/10 Age Group - We could use a few volunteers to help supervise these groups as they plan and decorate their cakes.

This is a great age group bonding event!
