GO Capital Artistic Swimming invites new swimmers to come out and give Synchro a Try! 

Try Synchro sessions are for swimmers wishing to experience synchronized (artistic) swimming in a fun and friendly environment.   All sessions are free and coaches will be on hand to assess swimmers and answer questions.  

Requirements/Additional Information: 

**** Swimmers must be able to swim independently to participate in this program as our coaches are unable to physically assist swimmers due to covid protocols in place at this time.**** 

• Athletes must be comfortable swimming 25m without assistance 

• Athletes must be comfortable swimming in deep water without assistance
