Session 3: Warm-Up – AM.     Races Start – AM

Session 4: Warm-Up – 15 minutes after the conclusion of session 3  Races Start – approx. 1 hour after warm-ups begin.

Note: The competition pool will be cleared 15 minutes before the scheduled start of races for each session. The Meet Director or Meet Referee may change warm-up and/or session start times. Changes will be announced via e-mail or internet posting prior to the start of the meet and/or at a coaches’ meeting or via the PA system after the start of the meet.
