Eligible: All High School aged swimmers (14 & Older)

 

Order of Events: 

Friday:

  1. Session 1: 50s of each Stroke

Saturday: 

  1. Session 2: 1000 Free
  2. Session 3: 200 FR, 100 BR, 200 BK, 100 IM, 200 FL

Sunday

  • Session 4: 500 Free
  • Session 5: 100 FR, 200 BR, 100 BK, 200 IM, 100 FL
