Lower Mainland Regional Championships West - January 28th and 29th at Langley

Location: Walnut Grove Community Center Pool - 8889 Walnut Grove Dr, Langley, BC V1M 2N7

All swimmers must have achieved the following 200 IM standard at a sanctioned competition

The final scratch deadline without financial penalty is Friday, January 20th at 12:00 PM. All scratches and changes to entries must be emailed to [email protected]
