SwimLabs El Dorado Hills is a unique training facility that is indoors, with small warm-water pools specially designed with 360-degree video feedback technology. It’s the same video-feedback technology used by today’s Olympians. Our technology lets swimmers of all ages and abilities instantly view their own strokes, correct or enhance their form, adjust their technique, and master their skills. Come by our booth to see images of our facility and ask our staff questions about our programs. We will have raffles and special promotions for the spring splash meet swimmers!

App arel Republic will be on deck throughout the meet.  Stop by to get a t-shirt or sweatshirt with the event logo.

Making Waves swim shop will be on deck, so stop by to replenish your goggle supply or pick up a new suit

Coach Information:

Entry Review:                    Coaches, please all review the times entered for all of your swimmers to validate that the times entered are valid for LCM.  I realize some parents of new swimmers attending this meet for the first time may have had to enter an estimated or converted time and we would like to make sure that those times are as accurate as possible.  Also review for any of your High School swimmers to confirm that they are marked as Unattached as needed.  If you have any updates for times or team association, please email me to have those corrections done.

Odd/End Reminder:        Please remind your swimmers and parents that there is an Odd and an Even end of the pool.  The odd end is the scoreboard side, the even end is closer to the slide area.

Chairs and Tables:           Please bring your own chair and/or table to make sure you have a comfortable weekend. We will try to provide tables and chairs, but likely we will not have enough.

Coaches Checkin:            All coaches that will be coaching at the meet need to check in at the classroom when you arrive, we need to check credentials.

Coaches Meeting:            At this time we are not scheduling a coaches meeting, if we feel one is necessary we will make an announcement.

Awards:                           We will be providing all awards for your teams, please come by on the last day to pick up the bag for your team.

Officials Information:

Officials meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of each session in the classroom, please checkin as soon as you arrive at the meet.  Also please make sure that you come see Kathy Myers after working 2 sessions over the weekend.
